Professional Development

We firmly believe that all dual enrollment instructors in the Pathways2Teaching program should receive curriculum training and on-going support. Research supports the need for professional development for dual enrollment instructors across all disciplines.

High school teachers are already overburdened with large class sizes and little planning time. Our training is designed to accommodate their schedules and alleviate course planning.

• Our 25 hr professional development training is designed to provide ALL curriculum resources our instructors will ever need for their classes.

• Training is scheduled at the instructor's convenience and includes both synchronous and asynchronous learning through self-paced modules.

• Dr. Bianco or one of support team meets with instructors via zoom throughout training to answer questions and provide feedback.

• Modules are engaging and interactive. Each module includes and orientation to content by Dr. Bianco, student videos, and opportunities for engagement and reflection.
